2 Abijah???

1 Kings records the final years of the united nation of Israel and its subsequent breakup into 2 separate kingdoms, Israel and Judah.

In 1 King 14 is about Ahijah's prophecy against Jeroboam.
(Ahijah was a prophet of Shiloh and Jeroboam became the king of Israel after God revealed Himself to Jeroboam. But Jeroboam supported, and even goes so far as to initiate, idol worship among his people.)
v1 : At that time Abijah son of Jeroboam became ill (and he died)

interestingly in 1Kings 15 Abijah King of Judah (Son of Rehoboam)
v1 : In the eighteenth year of the reign of Jeroboam son of Nebat, Abijah became king of Judah
And in 1kings 14:31 Rehoboam rested with his fathers and was buried with them in the City of David......And Abijah his son succeeded him as king.

So...was Abijah son of Jeroboam or Rehoboam???

Then i looked through KJV bible. Found out that there were 2 different people. Abijah, son of Jeroboam and Abijam(Abijah) son of Rehoboam.:)
